Terms of Service

1. Who may use it: TDB Zentrale is an internal tool. Only the owner of the label Thousanddollarbills may use it, and only with the label's own accounts.
2. What it does: It uploads finished videos to the label's own YouTube channels and Instagram accounts. On TikTok it sends videos as drafts to the account's inbox or, only after the owner has chosen the settings and clicked «Post» in the publish screen, posts them directly. It does not comment, like, follow or interact with other users.
3. TikTok posts: By posting to TikTok through the tool, the user agrees to TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation and, for branded content, the Branded Content Policy.
4. Platform rules: All uploads must follow the terms and community guidelines of YouTube (YouTube Terms of Service), Instagram and TikTok.
5. Fan content: The channels are unofficial fan channels and are not affiliated with any player or club.
6. No warranty: The tool is provided as is, for internal use only.
7. Changes: These terms may be updated on this page.
