TDB Zentrale is the internal publishing tool of the music label Thousanddollarbills. It runs only on the label owner's own computer and is used by one person.
The label runs fan channels with short football edits set to its own music («BTM» by Zairandy). TDB Zentrale uploads finished, reviewed videos to the label's own accounts on YouTube, Instagram and TikTok at a planned time.
What the tool does
YouTube: uploads videos with title, description and visibility to the label's own channels, and reads the channel name and upload status.
Instagram: publishes Reels with a caption to the label's own professional accounts.
TikTok: sends videos as drafts to the inbox of the label's own accounts, where the owner finishes and publishes them in the TikTok app. Alternatively, the owner can post directly from a publish screen in the tool: it shows the TikTok account the video goes to, a preview, the editable caption, the privacy setting (chosen by hand, no default), comment/duet/stitch options (off by default) and the commercial content disclosure. Nothing is sent to TikTok before the owner clicks «Post».
The tool does not comment, like, follow, send messages or interact with other users in any way. It is not offered to the public, and only the label owner can sign in.
